About

I’ve been in practice since 2002.

I have a general practice in equity (injunctions, specific performance, etc.), general common law (contracts, property, employment, etc.), probate (wills, powers of attorney, etc.), tort and personal injury, and criminal defence.

My practice is mainly in courtroom litigation but I also do negotiations, arbitrations and mediations.

Alongside my practice I teach courtroom advocacy techniques to other lawyers, and also (try) to spread the word about the benefits of technology. I run a paperless practice and also incorporate some automation (where it is beneficial).
